Due to the nature of our business model (dropshipping), we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns Accepted

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or shipping delays outside our control.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item

    • A brief description of the issue

  • We will review and send a replacement or refund only if the issue is verified.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 hours, orders are processed and sent to the supplier for fulfillment.

4. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
